Fees
Fees are payable for pre-booked sessions half term in advance. Fees are not refundable if a child is taken out of a session or if the number of sessions are reduced before the end of the half term unless the reduction is made by the pre-school. Fees will continue to be charged for short periods of absence, including holiday absence during the half term.
In cases of prolonged absence or difficulty is making a payment parents should consult the committee. Each child’s attendance at the group is conditional upon continued payment of any necessary fees. Vouchered children are entitled to five free two and a half hour sessions per week.

Payment terms and conditions
- Pre-booked session fees are payable half termly in advance.
- Sessions booked at short notice will be invoiced monthly in arrears – absence policy still applies
- Payments to be received within 21 days of date of invoice
- Non payment of fees will result in removal of the child from the pre-school register and legal action will be taken.
