Puddleducks Pre-School is a small rural pre-school set in beautiful surroundings.

There are 5 team members: Clare, Karen, Jacquie, Linda and Shirley. There is a wide age range between the team this ensures a wealth of experience and new ideas are always present. Our staff is qualified in preschool education and practice continual professional learning.

Children attending range from 2 and a half to school age. This age range allows children to experience different levels of education and helps to develop their interactive social skills.

We passionately believe in providing a positive, caring but stimulating atmosphere. Our Ethos is ‘Learning through Play’ this is accomplished by the use of resources, individual and team play and activities. We believe this encourages children to become independent and confident in their choices and eager to move on to the next stage of their education and life.

Aims

We aim to stimulate your child to achieve the best from them, children learn through play and the experiences they encounter in a pre-school setting. It is therefore essential that your child should mix with their peer group, to learn social skills such as sharing, communication and caring for each other. Attending a pre-school promotes friendships, which they will maintain through to school and then hopefully into adulthood.
