Session Times & Fees

Wednesdays 9.30 - 3.30
(This comprises 2 sessions and a care period over the lunch hour, when children eat a packed lunch & have a quiet time with books and videos)
How your child attends on a Wednesday is optional.
You can choose from the morning session to include lunch, the afternoon session, or the full day.

From the first term after a child’s 3rd birthday, funding is available from the government for a maximum of 5 x 2.5 hours sessions per week.

For children under the age for funding we charge £6.00 per session though for older children of an age eligible for funding, £8.00 is charged per session in line with the funding which would otherwise have been received.
We will of course claim as much funding as we can for your child to reduce expense to parents and carers. However, if a child’s funding is being used with another child care provider and we are unable to claim for all sessions attended, you will be billed for the balance.
For children attending Wednesday lunch time (12-1pm) care period,which we call”Lunch Club” a charge of £2.50 is made.
Toddler Group fees are £2.00 per session for the first child and 50p for the second, third etc.
