Bittaford Under Fives offers preschool education to children aged 2-5 years in a beautiful rural location with excellent outdoor play areas. Playgroup leader has PCGE in primary school education, and is supported by a team of 3 qualified staff. OFSTED inspected in 2005, achieving inspection judgements of ‘good' across all the preschool standards. Places are available for up to 12 children, sessions run from 9.30-12.00 on Tuesday to Friday (Wednesday session runs to 12.30 to include lunch club). Weekly Musikgarten sessions are offered, introducing children to music, movement and music making.

Playgroup charges: there is no charge for children eligible for Early Years Nursery Education funding; 2006 rates are £3.00 per session for accompanied children, £6 per session for non-funded unaccompanied children.
